Installation of High Pressure Boiler and 4.4 Megawatt Power Plant for Pak Ethanol (Pvt.) Ltd.
Noveltech International Inc. was tasked with the complete Installation and Commissioning of a Power Plant consisting of a High Pressure Boiler and Steam Turbine to fulfill the requirements of the new Line-II Distillery Complex as well as the existing Pak Ethanol Distillery as well as the nearby polymer plant and Sugar Mill.
A boiler with a generation capacity of 40 tons of steam per hour at 65 bar pressure was suggested to the client and approved for installation.
Noveltech International carried out the complete undertaking in house including the complete Engineering Design, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works.
The plant was successfully handed over to the site management after commissioning after meeting or exceeding all specified process conditions.
